    We run 5 IM508/608 devices and suddenly they require internet to operate. WE DONT HAVE CELL SERVICE in 75% of our service area. THEY ARE NOW USELESS BRICKS.

    We would like our RENEWAL FEES BACK and you can have these useless devices.

    You have forced us to change brands...

    I'm having same problem it started after an up date is there not a fix for this there is no
    reason to be connected to the internet just to diagnostics
